Auto-launch

Bulk-launch Facebook ad campaigns from a template (bundle): a bundle describes the Campaign → Ad set → Ad structure and object names via macros, and a run applies it to several ad accounts at once.

Access

AdminNoneManagerNoneTeam Lead BuyerOwnBuyerOwn

Available only to Team Lead Buyer and Buyer — on their own ad accounts, the same access level as Facebook Accounts.

Screen blocks

  • Bundles — a list of saved templates (name, structure, objective, budget, creative); create/edit across 3 tabs: Campaign, Ad set, Ad.
  • "Campaign" tab — bundle name, objective, campaign name template with macros ({{bundleName}}, {{accountId}}, {{campaignNumber}}…), tracker campaign/flow link, budget strategy, campaign count.
  • "Ad set" tab — optimization goal, conversion event, geo/age/gender, placements (a preset or manual picks), devices and OS, budget, bid.
  • Runs — create a run — pick a bundle, one or more ad accounts, the status after creation (Active/Paused), optional campaign start/end dates (in the ad account's own timezone); a runs list with status, and a run details page with per-account progress.

Statuses

  • Pending — the run is queued, hasn't started creating objects yet.
  • In progress — the Facebook API is currently creating campaigns, ad sets and ads.
  • Success — every planned object was created with no errors.
  • Partial — some objects failed to create (e.g. an account rejected the request) — see the run details for what happened.
  • Failed — no object could be created.

Scenario — «Launch one campaign on several accounts at once»

  1. "Bundles" → "Create bundle": describe the Campaign/Ad set/Ad, set a name template with macros.
  2. Save the bundle.
  3. "Runs" → "Create run": pick the bundle and the ad accounts you need, and the status after creation.
  4. Launch it and watch its status in the list; open the run details to see per-account progress.

Good to know

  • The run status (Pending/In progress/Success/Partial/Failed) is the progress of creating objects, not the status of the campaign itself on Facebook.
  • The "Active/Paused" status chosen when creating a run applies to the freshly created objects right away, and is unrelated to the run's own status.
  • Macros in the name template ({{bundleName}}, {{accountId}}, {{accountName}}, {{campaignNumber}}, {{adSetNumber}}, {{adNumber}}, {{dateToday}}, {{randomNumber}}) are substituted separately for each account — so campaigns on different accounts never end up with the same name.
  • The tracker link (campaign + flow) gets appended to the name template so Facebook's fake clicks land in the right flow; pick several flows at once for a multi-geo setup.
  • Manual placements are a separate platform × position matrix, available only when the "Manual" preset is selected.
